Adam HASIB
Program Director

Adam Hasib is a lecturer at Financia Business School, a former MBA graduate, holding a Master 2 degree in Business Law from Toulouse 1 University and a Master 2 degree in Risk Management from the Catholic University of Lille.

He leads the Financia Business School MBA program on the Alternis Business School campus in Bordeaux, ranked 9th in the Eduniversal 2022 ranking of Best Masters, MS & MBAs in Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering

He is also ranked 2nd best Master in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

The graduate of this program prepares to advise companies and carry out multiple operations on their behalf: IPOs, mergers and acquisitions or divestitures, corporate restructuring, balance sheet structuring, private equity.

Furthermore, he/she obviously has thorough knowledge of law, accounting, and taxation, and knows the outlines of each financing strategy.

In addition, his/her keen eye makes him/her an excellent financial analyst, capable of perceiving the strengths and weaknesses of an entity in economic and financial terms and proposing solutions. In a context of strong globalization, he/she can skillfully navigate an international context.

Degree obtained or in progress at Bac+4, Bac+5 level (Master, Mastère, MS, MSc, MBA...) Economics, Management, Law, AES (Economic and Social Administration), Accounting, Banking, Real Estate, or Political Sciences...

Knowledge in accounting, financial analysis and knowledge of financial indicators, business management, legal status of companies, banking environment, tax law, financial levers (credit, market finance...), financing strategy and growth.
